We are committed to delivering your products quickly and safely. Here are some important shipping details:

Shipping Costs

We understand that shipping costs for heavy items can be a burden. Therefore, we offer free shipping* to all cities in Java, as well as major cities in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and Papua. All orders placed through our website will receive free shipping, with no additional charges.

*However, please note that for some remote areas or areas with less common routes that require special cargo services, shipping costs may exceed our subsidies. In these cases, our team will contact you to discuss the shipping difference. You can also contact us via the WhatsApp number provided to confirm the shipping cost.

**Furthermore, for rubber mats, the subsidy we can provide is smaller than for other products. This is due to the low product margin and the product's weight. We recommend contacting our team via the WhatsApp number provided first for more accurate shipping information.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For shipments to Java and Bali, most products will arrive in less than 5 days. Shipments to Sumatra typically take less than 10 days, while Kalimantan can take around 2 weeks. For light items not using cargo services, delivery times may be faster than the stated estimates.

Shipping Services Used

For light-duty shipments, we partner with Si Cepat, JNE, and JNT. For heavy-duty items, we have partner cargo services on every island to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Tracking Number

Once the order is confirmed, we will send you a tracking number within 24-48 hours to the number registered at the time of payment, so you can monitor your delivery status easily.

Shipping Insurance

We provide insurance for all shipments. You don't need to worry about any unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process, as your product is fully protected.

Installation

We provide three mechanisms related to product installation, which you can see the explanation below:

Installation by Strengthbae Technician

For All-in-One Trainers and Two-in-One Trainers shipped to Java, installation is included in the price. Simply receive the product and our team will professionally install it at your location.

Installation by Customer

For products other than the All-in-One Trainer and Two-in-One Trainer, and for installation outside of Java, installation will be handled by the customer. We will ship the product without installation services. But don't worry! Each product comes with clear installation instructions, making installation easy.

Installation by Local Technician

If you fall into the second category and feel you need additional assistance with installation, Strengthbae can help you find a local technician. The cost of this service can be negotiated directly between you and the assigned technician.
