Exchange of Goods and Refund

We have the following terms and conditions regarding the return, exchange and refund process:

Return / Exchange of Goods

• Exchanges are only applicable for lifting gear with a choice of sizes, if you feel the size you received is not suitable. Products such as equipment, chalk, and smelling salt cannot be exchanged.
• Exchanges due to product incompatibility only apply to lifting gear (other than smelling salt and chalk) and can only be exchanged for products of the same value. All return shipping, reshipment, and packaging costs will be borne by the buyer.
• Exchanges can be made no later than H+3 (days after the item is received) as stated on the receipt, provided the product is still in good quality, without defects, and has not been used for exercise. Our team reserves the right to refuse an exchange if the item is received in a condition unsuitable for resale.
• To make an exchange, you can contact the WhatsApp number listed on the website and provide your invoice number.

Refund

• Refunds are only valid if the product you received is in poor condition or damaged and we cannot resend it due to being out of stock at the same time.
• Other than those conditions, we cannot process refunds. You can see the second point in the exchange section for the mechanism for exchanging a product for another product of similar value.
