Earth Bar

Earth Bar

Here are the features: 1. Standard 5 cm Sleeves Barbell sleeves are the ends of the barbell where weights are loaded. Strengthbae’s Earth Bar features standard 5 cm diameter sleeves, matching the specifications of typical gym barbells. The total length is a standard 2.2 meters, making it compatible with racks—unlike many shorter barbells (under 2 meters) that do not fit. Additionally, the sleeves are long enough to accommodate over 200 kg of thick bumper plates or over 300 kg of iron plates. 2. Active Knurling Knurling refers to the cross-hatched pattern on the barbell shaft designed to increase friction between your palms and the bar. High-quality knurling ensures a comfortable, secure grip, preventing the bar from slipping out of your hands when lifting heavy loads. Furthermore, the chrome finish provides rust resistance. 3. Bushing System Bushing barbells offer low sleeve rotation, unlike bearing barbells which feature high-speed sleeve spin. Bushing barbells are ideal for general strength training that does not require the explosive movements found in Olympic weightlifting, such as the clean and jerk or snatch. The controlled rotation makes them more comfortable and stable for movements like squats, deadlifts, bench presses, hip thrusts, and other fundamental exercises. 4. Collars Included Every barbell purchase comes with a set of collars. Collars lock the weight plates in place, preventing them from sliding off if a movement is performed unevenly; this ensures safer execution without the risk of weights falling. Structural warranty included (please provide an unboxing video). For shipping, we recommend choosing the cargo option to save on costs, given the item's heavy weight.

Competition Collar

Competition Collar

Are you a powerlifter or Olympic weightlifter, or do you train at a gym specializing in these sports? This is a must-have collar for you! As the name suggests, the Competition Collar is the type used in official competitions. How does it differ from standard collars? 1. Heavy Steel Material It isn't made of plastic like typical collars; a single collar weighs 2.5 kg. Using a pair adds 5 kg of weight to the barbell—unlike standard collars, which are considered weightless. Thanks to this material, the collar is incredibly durable and built to last a lifetime. 2. Screw-type Locking System Most collars use a clip-based locking system. When lifting heavy loads for squats or bench presses—or during movements involving impact, like heavy deadlifts or Olympic lifts—plates can tilt or shift, destabilizing the lift. This is obviously undesirable in competition, where athletes perform a "1-rep max"—often called a "one-inch game" because a technical deviation of just a few centimeters can cause the lift to fail. The competition collar uses a screw mechanism, ensuring plates won't tilt or shift. Crucially, the screw system doesn't damage the barbell sleeves; the threads are held against a semi-circular surface inside the collar, keeping the sleeve coating safe. 3. Plate-Tightening System Standard collars lack a system to tighten the plates against one another. This often results in the clanking sound of plates hitting each other during lifts. It also frequently causes plates to tilt to one side during multiple-rep deadlifts—especially when using thinner powerlifting-style plates. The competition collar features a tightening mechanism; by turning the star-shaped component, the plates are compressed, eliminating gaps between the plates themselves and the end of the barbell sleeve.

Fire Bar

Fire Bar

Take your powerlifting training to the next level with the Fire Bar—Strengthbae’s Stiff Power Bar! 1. High Weight Rating This barbell can be loaded up to 1,500 lbs (nearly 700 kg). You won't have to worry about the bar snapping—essential for powerlifters moving heavy loads. 2. Stiff Bar Designed with high tensile strength to resist flexing, this bar mimics those used in powerlifting competitions. It makes movements—especially the deadlift—more challenging. A flexible bar allows the ends to leave the floor later, making the initial pull feel lighter; conversely, a stiff bar removes this advantage, often causing a drop in lift numbers during competition because the lift is harder. If you are serious about powerlifting, training with a stiff bar is a must. 3. Aggressive Knurling Knurling is crucial in powerlifting, particularly for the deadlift. Bars with smooth or worn-out knurling make it easy to lose your grip. The Fire Bar features aggressive knurling designed to lock the bar firmly into your hands. 4. IPF Standard Diameter & Ring Position The Fire Bar features a 29mm (2.9cm) diameter, matching competition-standard bars. Commercial gym or budget bars often measure 28mm or less. Additionally, the knurl marks (rings) are positioned according to IPF standards, so you won't have to guess your hand placement during competition. 5. Bushing Long Sleeves The sleeves utilize a bushing system, meaning they do not spin freely like weightlifting or CrossFit bars. This is vital for heavy bench presses or deadlifts; a spinning sleeve creates instability, increasing the risk of wrist injury or the bar slipping out of your hands. The sleeves are also longer than standard bars, allowing you to load more weight. 6. Hardened Chrome The Fire Bar features a hardened chrome finish, making it highly rust-resistant and perfect for Indonesia’s tropical climate.

Barbel Collar

Barbel Collar

Worried about uneven weight distribution during barbell movements? Did you find your old spring collars a hassle—requiring too much effort to use or leaving a loose gap? Or did your previous collars fail to hold tight, causing the plates to shift? Switch to Strengthbae Barbell Collars! The design has been tested on all Strengthbae barbells as well as other standard import barbells with 5cm sleeve diameters; they provide a secure, tight fit that keeps plates from shifting. They are also made from durable material that doesn't easily loosen up.

Cloud Bar

Cloud Bar

Achieve a far more optimal squat with the Cloud Bar—Strengthbae’s Safety Squat Bar (SSB)! Here is how the Cloud Bar differs from standard barbells and other SSBs: 1. Easier on wrists, elbows, and shoulders Typically, barbell squats involve placing the bar on the front shoulders (front squat), the trapezius (high bar), or the rear shoulders (low bar). Not everyone possesses the shoulder mobility required for front squats, and the lower back often gives out first from the effort of keeping the torso upright. Conversely, some people experience joint pain in their wrists, elbows, or shoulders during back squats—particularly with the heavy, high-volume low-bar style favored by powerlifters. This affects training comfort and can hinder upper-body performance. The SSB solves these issues by allowing you to position the bar across your back without forcing your elbows and hands backward; you simply hold the handles in front. It is comfortable for your wrists, elbows, and shoulders. 2. Optimal Curve for Quad Development Another unique feature of the SSB is its curved ends. This design shifts the load slightly in front of the body, even though the bar rests on the upper back. You get the best of both worlds: the stability and easy progressive overload of a high-bar squat combined with the quad-targeting effectiveness of a front squat. The Cloud Bar’s curve is carefully calibrated—avoiding the extreme angles found in many other SSBs that shift the load too far forward and place unnecessary strain on the back. 3. Integrated Thick Shoulder and Back Padding The Cloud Bar features thick padding that seamlessly connects the side and center sections. In contrast, many SSBs on the market use separate pads for the sides and center, creating gaps that can feel uncomfortable against the upper back. 4. Detachable Hand Grips The Cloud Bar’s hand grips are detachable, making it versatile enough for exercises like JM Presses and Neutral Grip Overhead Presses.

Cambered Bar

Cambered Bar

Take Your Bench Press and Row to the Next Level! The barbell bench press and barbell row are two irreplaceable old-school movements—effective, timeless, and essential for building strength and increasing muscle mass in the chest and back. But what if you could make these exercises even more effective and intense? The answer: use the Wood Bar—a Cambered Bar from Strengthbae! What Is a Cambered Bar and What Does It Do? A Cambered Bar is a barbell featuring a curved center section designed to increase your range of motion (ROM) during training. With a standard barbell, bench press or row movements often stop when the bar touches your chest or abdomen. However, with a Cambered Bar, the curve in the center allows for a deeper chest stretch during the bench press and a greater back contraction during the row. More Range of Motion = More Growth! Strengthbae’s Cambered Bar comes with premium features designed for high performance: 1. Medium Knurling on the grip area Provides a firm, comfortable grip for heavy lifting. 2. Hard Chrome Finish Rust-resistant, making it ideal for Indonesia’s tropical, humid climate. 3. Bushing Sleeves Minimizes excessive rotation, ensuring greater stability during pressing movements.

Deadlift Bar

Deadlift Bar

Is the deadlift your favorite lift, and do you want to pull as heavy as possible? Do you compete in powerlifting meets that use a dedicated deadlift bar? Then the PR Breaker Bar from Strengthbae is the one for you! 1. Designed To Maximize Flex Barbell flex is influenced by various factors—including steel type, shaft diameter, collar length, the placement of the innermost plate, and tensile strength. The PR Breaker Bar is optimized in both design and specifications to flex easily "off the floor." This makes the start of the deadlift easier, as the plates lift sequentially rather than all at once, unlike with a stiff bar. 2. Active Knurling & Smaller Handle The knurling is aggressive, and the shaft diameter is 27mm, making it easier to execute a hook grip. 3. Bushing & Long Collars The bar features a bushing mechanism, ensuring the plates don't spin and disrupt your balance during the lift. The extended collars position the innermost plate further from the center, which facilitates greater bar flex. 4. No Center Knurling & Short Inner Knurl Marks Conventional deadlifters don't need to worry about their shins scraping against the knurling, as there is no center knurl. Additionally, the inner knurl marks align with standard power bars, allowing for a close grip. 5. Hard Chrome Finish Rust-resistant and designed to maximize the feel of the knurling. NOTE: 1. Sleeve length is 36cm; ensure you use calibrated plates. 2. Barbell length is 2.3 meters (longer than standard bars); ensure you have sufficient space. 3. Barbell weight is subject to a 10% deviation.
