Competition Collar

Competition Collar

Are you a powerlifter or Olympic weightlifter, or do you train at a gym specializing in these sports? This is a must-have collar for you! As the name suggests, the Competition Collar is the type used in official competitions. How does it differ from standard collars? 1. Heavy Steel Material It isn't made of plastic like typical collars; a single collar weighs 2.5 kg. Using a pair adds 5 kg of weight to the barbell—unlike standard collars, which are considered weightless. Thanks to this material, the collar is incredibly durable and built to last a lifetime. 2. Screw-type Locking System Most collars use a clip-based locking system. When lifting heavy loads for squats or bench presses—or during movements involving impact, like heavy deadlifts or Olympic lifts—plates can tilt or shift, destabilizing the lift. This is obviously undesirable in competition, where athletes perform a "1-rep max"—often called a "one-inch game" because a technical deviation of just a few centimeters can cause the lift to fail. The competition collar uses a screw mechanism, ensuring plates won't tilt or shift. Crucially, the screw system doesn't damage the barbell sleeves; the threads are held against a semi-circular surface inside the collar, keeping the sleeve coating safe. 3. Plate-Tightening System Standard collars lack a system to tighten the plates against one another. This often results in the clanking sound of plates hitting each other during lifts. It also frequently causes plates to tilt to one side during multiple-rep deadlifts—especially when using thinner powerlifting-style plates. The competition collar features a tightening mechanism; by turning the star-shaped component, the plates are compressed, eliminating gaps between the plates themselves and the end of the barbell sleeve.

Door Pull Up Bar

Door Pull Up Bar

Want to do pull-ups at home using just your doorway, but worried that cheap door pull-up bars might slip or bend? Try the Strengthbae door pull-up bar! What makes it stand out? 1. Wider, Anti-Slip Door Connectors The connectors that grip the door frame are the thickest and largest on the market and feature anti-slip material, ensuring a secure hold that won't easily slip. You can perform pull-ups with comfort and peace of mind. 2. Thicker Pipe for Higher Weight Capacity While cheap door pull-up bars typically use pipes only 0.8–1mm thick, ours uses 1.5mm piping. It supports up to 150kg—enough even for weighted pull-ups. The pipe is also strong enough to support a cable pulley attachment for lat pulldowns; since the pulley places the load right in the center of the bar, the pipe needs to be thick enough to resist bending—a requirement our design easily meets. 3. Easy, Screw-Free Locking and Balancing Mechanism No need to damage your door frame to do pull-ups; simply twisting the bar tightens it securely. It also comes with a detachable spirit level to help you ensure the bar is perfectly aligned during installation (it can be removed once the bar is set up). 4. Comfortable Handles Since most users of door pull-up bars are calisthenics beginners, the handles are cushioned for a comfortable grip—unlike the hard, rough feel of standard powder-coated steel bars. This means fewer calluses. Available in two sizes: short and long. Choose the one that fits your door frame width. Short = door width 70–100cm Long = door width 90–130cm

Knee Sleees 7mm Stiff

Knee Sleees 7mm Stiff

DISCLAIMER: ONLY FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO SQUAT AS HEAVY AS POSSIBLE! The one powerlifters have been waiting for: the Knee Sleeves X-Series! X means eXtreme Tightness… X means extra weight added to the bar… X means eXceed your past records… X means be an expert at squatting! What makes the Knee Sleeves X-Series different from previous Knee Sleeves or other knee sleeves on the market? 1. Super Stiff Material The material is made of stiff neoprene, unlike normal neoprene. From the moment you hold the knee sleeves, you'll feel the difference; they're already twice the weight of regular knee sleeves. Because they're so stiff, they provide more support for your squats. Powerlifters, who are judged by their squat performance, will find these Knee Sleeves very helpful. 2. Ergonomic Design The design is wider at the thighs, narrower at the knees, and slightly wider again at the calves. This design ensures your knee area is highly compressed, resulting in a greater bounce effect. With these two advantages, your squats will feel easier when using these knee sleeves. They are also designed to comply with the IPF's Raw Powerlifting rules, which require a maximum neoprene thickness of 7mm and a height of no more than 30cm. There are 7 size options; see the last image for measuring instructions! Remember, these knee sleeves are recommended to be worn with deadlift socks and a Strengthbae strap. Expect some difficulty, as these are super stiff knee sleeves. NOTE: The material is stiff because this is not wearable neoprene, so there will be some tearing with use. The lifespan depends on usage, with an average of 2-6 months. If it tears, the same person can reorder for a 25% discount (750K) on their second and subsequent purchases. If you want something durable, you can go for the 7mm for 350K, but this material is not as stiff. Use according to your goals and budget. There are two models: 1 Panel = For calves that are the same size as or smaller than the knee. 2 Panel = For calves that are significantly larger than the knee.

Knee Sleeves 7mm

Knee Sleeves 7mm

IMPROVED DESIGN!!! Make your squats more comfortable with Strengthbae Knee Sleeves! Strengthbae Knee Sleeves provide gentle compression, warmth, and comfort to the knee area. Using the right knee sleeves can boost your strength during knee-dominant movements like squats. Strengthbae Knee Sleeves Features: 1. High-quality 7mm neoprene; provides a snug fit and a "bounce" effect at the bottom of the squat. Avoid sleeves not designed for lifting, which fail to assist your lifts. 2. Ergonomic shape that contours to the leg—wider at the quadriceps and narrower at the calves, with side shaping that follows the "quad sweep"—ensuring a comfortable fit. 3. Extended length covers the knee area, extending to the lower thigh and upper calf; unlike many sleeves that only cover the kneecap and easily slip out of place. 4. Seams positioned on the inner thigh to prevent tearing and skin chafing, accommodating the outward leg angle typical of squats. 5. Double stitching (straight + zigzag) for greater durability and tighter compression. 6. Price includes a pair; we believe our knee sleeves offer the best value on the market right now! Available in 7 sizes: XXS, XS, S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Please refer to the size guide in the last photo slide to determine the correct size. Notes: Competition fit: Very tight. Tight fit: Snug. Comfort fit: Comfortable to wear. Use deadlift socks to make putting them on easier; Strengthbae deadlift socks are also available—just search for "Deadlift Socks."

Deadlift Slippers

Deadlift Slippers

Slippers/Shoes for Deadlift Enthusiasts! What makes Strengthbae Deadlift Slippers different from regular shoes? 1. Thin Sole Because Strengthbae Deadlift Slippers feature a thin sole, the distance between your foot and the floor is minimized. This determines the "pulling distance"—how far you have to lift the weight. Naturally, a shorter distance makes the lift easier due to the reduced Range of Motion. Furthermore, even a 1–2 cm difference in shoe height can determine whether your body position is comfortable when pulling the weight off the floor. For instance, if someone with shorter arms wears thick-soled shoes (like running or basketball shoes), gripping the barbell on the floor becomes more difficult, and the risk of injury increases because the body has to hunch over more. 2. Higher Side Sole Regular shoes typically have soles only beneath the foot, whereas Strengthbae Deadlift Slippers feature a sole that extends up the sides of the foot. This is crucial for sumo pullers—many of whom use the "spread the floor" cue when driving their feet down and locking out—as it prevents the feet from slipping outward. 3. Anti-Slip Sole The sole is designed with a pattern that enhances friction between the shoe and the floor, ensuring your feet don't easily slip or slide during the movement. All these features can help boost your deadlift performance! They can also be used for squats, as the soles do not act as shock absorbers like those found in standard gym or running shoes. They make excellent gym shoes thanks to their simple look and lightweight design; their flexible material means they take up very little space in your bag, and they are easy to slip on and off. Available in 11 sizes, measured by foot length. 36 = 22cm x 8.5cm 37 = 23cm x 8.5cm 38 = 23.5cm x 8.5cm 39 = 24cm x 9cm 40 = 24.5cm x 9cm 41 = 25.5cm x 9cm 42 = 26cm x 9.5cm 43 = 27cm x 9.5cm 44 = 27.5cm x 9.5cm 45 = 28cm x 10cm 46 = 29cm x 10cm

Combo Rack

Combo Rack

The rack for powerlifters! Why choose a Combo Rack? 1. Powerlifting Competition Feel Powerlifting competitions use combo racks for the squat and bench press movements. So, if you want to experience training that mirrors the competition atmosphere, you should train with a combo rack! 2. Double Roller Hook with Height Adjustment Levers The combo rack features two sets of hooks: the upper ones for squats and the lower ones for bench presses. The height of both can be adjusted using levers. If you train with a partner who requires a different rack height, you can simply adjust it without needing to unload the weights first. Both sets of hooks utilize Roller J-Cups, making it easy to center the barbell. 3. Includes a Thick, Non-Slip Flat Bench The combo rack comes with a heavy-duty flat bench that can be detached when you want to squat. The bench meets IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) standards. It features a thick, substantial pad with a non-slip surface. The bench uses a single-leg base design, so you won't be bothered by your legs hitting the bench supports while performing an arch. Most commercial gym flat benches are uncomfortable for heavy benching due to low height (preventing effective leg drive), small pads that make shoulder stabilization difficult, and slippery surfaces that cause your back to slide. Our bench will support your bench press performance and reduce your risk of injury! 4. Heavy-Duty Weight Capacity The squat hooks are designed to support up to 400kg, and the bench press hooks up to 250kg. Most people won't reach these limits, making this rack extremely safe for you. 5. Long Safety Arms The safety arms on a combo rack serve as "face savers" during the bench press. While combo rack safety arms aren't typically designed for bailing out of a squat, we designed ours—along with the rack's base—to be high enough that if you can't complete a squat, you can simply set the bar down safely.

Calibrated Plate

Calibrated Plate

Serious about powerlifting or strength training in general? Lift real weights using calibrated weight plates! What makes them different from standard plates? 1. Calibrated Weights These plates are calibrated with a maximum error margin of just 10 grams. In contrast, standard plates can have an error margin of 1–10%. Many people struggle to lift the same weight in competition as they do in the gym—often because standard gym plates aren't calibrated. So, if you want to lift *real* weight, use calibrated plates. 2. IPF Standard Diameter and Thickness The plate diameters meet IPF standards; this is crucial because 20kg and 25kg plates have a 45cm diameter, ensuring your deadlift starts at the correct height—not too low. They are also thin, allowing you to load more weight onto the bar while minimizing bar whip, as the weight sits closer to the barbell's center of mass. 3. IPF Standard Colors The colors follow IPF standards: 25kg is red, 20kg is blue, 15kg is yellow, 10kg is green, and 5kg is white. This makes it much easier to distinguish the weights. 4. Authentic Design Each plate features a different facial expression; the heavier the weight, the angrier the face. That's why we call them Madness Calibrated Plates! Note: The price listed is for one pair (2 pieces).

Foam Roller

Foam Roller

Looking for a foam roller that suits your personal preferences? Strengthbae offers both Smooth and Spiky foam rollers! Foam rolling is widely used by lifters and athletes across various disciplines—including yoga—as a warm-up strategy (pre-workout) to improve range of motion and flexibility, or as a recovery strategy (post-workout) to alleviate tightness and pain after exercise. Strengthbae offers two types of foam rollers, each available in two different lengths. The smooth foam roller is ideal for regular use or for beginners just starting out. Its smooth design covers a larger surface area, ensuring even pressure distribution, while its texture—which isn't overly dense—makes it comfortable for daily use. It comes in two lengths: 45cm and 90cm. The 45cm version is perfect for smaller areas like the inner thighs or arms, whereas the longer version is better suited for larger areas like the back. The spiky foam roller is designed for targeting specific trigger points or for use on areas with significant muscle mass. Its design features raised points with rounded tips that concentrate pressure on specific muscle areas, a feature complemented by its denser texture. It is available in two lengths: 30cm and 60cm.
