If so, having a 3-in-1 Plyo Box from Strengthbae would be incredibly beneficial for you! We have two plyo box designs: the 3-in-1 and the Stackable Plyo Box. This page is for the 3-in-1 Plyo Box. Advantages of the 3-in-1 Plyo Box design: - Suitable for exercises that tend to be fixed and require more variation in repetitions, weight, or duration. - The box has three sides at different heights: 50cm, 60cm, and 75cm, practically one piece of equipment at three heights. - The Wooden 3-in-1 Plyo Box is a type of box used in CrossFit gyms. We have three material options: 1. Wooden Plyo Box The material used is thick wood, suitable for use in CrossFit gyms, as this is a commonly used pyo box. 2. Light Soft Plyo Box The material used is lightweight (approximately 6 kg), suitable for home gyms or studios with limited space and frequent equipment movement. 3. Heavy Soft Plyo Box The material used is heavy (approximately 30 kg), suitable for commercial and high-impact use. Due to its large size, it can be shipped via freight to save money. Weight is calculated based on volumetric dimensions. Soft pyo will be heavy due to its large size, while wooden pyo is shipped unassembled, so its weight is lighter (not subject to volumetric dimensions).
