Overview
The Strengthbae Dumbbell Spotter is an accessory that allows dumbbells to be suspended from a barbell within a power rack or Smith machine. The dumbbell position can be adjusted to match the exercise's starting point, eliminating the need for the user to lift heavy dumbbells from the floor or their thighs before beginning a pressing movement.
This product is suitable for dumbbell bench presses, incline dumbbell presses, and seated shoulder presses. Once the set is complete, the dumbbells can be hooked back into the suspended position without needing to lower them all the way to the floor.
Each spotter features an adjustable strap with a non-slip surface that secures the dumbbell handle. It has a weight capacity of 100 kg per side, and each purchase includes a pair of Dumbbell Spotters.
