Our 5mm knee sleeves are made from a high-quality, flexible neoprene rather than a rigid variety. At the same time, the 5mm thickness still provides ample support for squatting movements—offering more stability than non-neoprene or thinner sleeves—without the excessive stiffness of 7mm neoprene.

Our renowned 7mm neoprene sleeves feature a stiff, single-panel cone design for maximum rigidity, whereas our 5mm knee sleeves are designed with four panels to follow the contours of the knee, ensuring greater comfort during movement.

Our stiff knee sleeves have equal lengths at the front and back, but our 5mm knee sleeves are different; the lower cut at the back prevents them from sliding down easily. In time-sensitive sports like CrossFit, you don't want to have to constantly readjust your knee sleeves.

Our stiff knee sleeves measure 28cm or more in height; greater length increases stiffness by covering a larger area of ​​the thighs and calves. However, this can lead to discomfort and make the sleeves prone to sliding down during prolonged use.
