Movements in strength sports like Olympic Weightlifting go beyond the simple up-and-down motion of powerlifting or bodybuilding squats. CrossFit also requires you to move around, run, cycle, and perform a wide variety of movements. Both disciplines call for more flexible knee sleeves.
