The Strengthbae 360° Pulldown Row Handle is an adjustable cable attachment designed to offer a wide range of grip options and pulling angles for back workouts. The handle rotates into various positions, allowing users to choose between pronated, neutral, or semi-supinated grips based on wrist comfort and the specific muscle groups being targeted. The angle mechanism can be set to "free-moving"—allowing the handle to naturally follow the path of hand movement—or locked into a fixed position for a more consistent pull. This handle is also available in three length options to accommodate different exercises targeting the lats, upper back, and rear deltoids. Featuring heavy-duty steel construction and knurled handles, the product ensures a secure, stable grip during heavy-load training.
