3 Different Thickness To Choose

A 1cm thickness is suitable for home gym flooring where weights are not slammed down—for instance, in cardio areas or for users not engaged in heavy lifting. A 2cm thickness is appropriate for activities that involve some impact on the floor, such as performing deadlifts. A 3cm thickness is suitable for movements involving high-impact force, such as heavy deadlifts or Olympic weightlifting, where there is a tendency to drop the barbell from a height.

Vulcanized Rubber Material

Strengthbae gym mats are made using vulcanized rubber. Vulcanized rubber offers several advantages: it maintains its shape well and is resistant to inward curling; it is durable against tearing caused by friction; it is non absorbent making it easy to clean after exposure to sweat or liquid spills; it acts as an effective shock absorber; and, unlike cheap, non-vulcanized rubber mats, it does not emit an unpleasant odor.

2cm and 3cm Thickness Comes With Connector

The 2cm and 3cm thick mats come with connectors to join them together, preventing them from shifting apart or developing gaps. The price includes these connectors. Please note that the 1cm mats do not include connectors, as the connector system is only compatible with mats that are 2cm thick or greater.
