Overview
The Strengthbae Smith Machine Trolley is an attachment designed to mount onto a pair of power rack uprights, creating a vertical barbell path. The trolley glides up and down along the uprights, allowing users to perform squats, bench presses, shoulder presses, and various other exercises with a guided movement path.
The product is available in three sizes to fit different rack uprights: 5 × 5 cm, 6 × 6 cm, and 7.5 × 7.5 cm. You must select the variant that matches your uprights' actual dimensions, as each trolley is manufactured for specific frame sizes.
The Smith Machine Trolley is an add-on attachment, not a complete Smith machine. A power rack, barbell, weight plates, bench, and safety equipment are not automatically included unless specified in the purchase package.

"Alhamdulilah, produk sih berfungsi dengan baik, walaupun tidak se rigid smith machine, ini lebih goyang2 dikit, cuma lebih safety buat pemula yg masih oleng kalau make barbell. barang ada cacat di salah satu roda nya, kaya barang reject. tapi yang bikin kesel adalah respon penjual nya yaaa, ditanya instruksi masang cuma dibaca doang, mana emang gada kertas petunjuknya pula, untung gw ngga bego2 amat, jadi pake usaha dikit buat mikir, hehehe"
