Overview
Squat Shoes 2.0 were developed for users who require a squat shoe with a wider forefoot area. The wide toe box allows the toes to spread naturally, avoiding the crowding often caused by overly narrow shoe designs.
These shoes are suitable for back squats, front squats, overhead squats, snatches, cleans, and other strength training movements. The raised heel characteristic of weightlifting shoes helps some users achieve a more upright torso and greater forward knee travel during squats.

2cm Heel Elevation for Squat Efficiency
The heel elevation is designed at 2 cm—not too high for squat-focused movements—because excessive height reduces hip flexion and forces the torso into an overly upright position to maintain the center of mass. Consequently, if the focus is specifically on squatting (rather than Olympic lifting), the load lifted is reduced.
Rigid Flat Sole for Force Transfer
The sole is rigid, typical of squat shoes. Unlike cushioned running shoes—which fail to effectively transfer force to the floor and compromise balance—this firm construction ensures greater stability during lifts and maximizes force transfer.
Wide Toe Box for Better Spread & Comfort
The forefoot of the shoe is designed to be wider than in previous versions, offering greater comfort. Furthermore, allowing the foot to spread out improves force transfer—particularly through the big toe, which is a key focal point for better adductor activation during the concentric phase of the squat.
